I'm looking for a fan curve software for graphics cards that can do the fan curve the same as msi ab can but withouth oc options because I don't need them. Thank you.

both are more or less functionally the same. They are both based on the same core plugins, with the ability to control other types of fan controllers via additional plugins.
Just pick which GUI design you prefer, the former looks more "modern" while the latter is more old school Windows-ish.
