I'm looking for a fan curve software for graphics cards that can do the fan curve the same as msi ab can but withouth oc options because I don't need them. Thank you.

both are more or less functionally the same. They are both based on the same core plugins, with the ability to control other types of fan controllers via additional plugins.
Just pick which GUI design you prefer, the former looks more "modern" while the latter is more old school Windows-ish.

What make/model is your gpu (is it the one in your system specs)? For Asus use Gpu Tweak. Some sw doesn't work in games but works fine on desktop, if you hear your fans ramping high in game it means the curve isn't working and you need the sw for your gpu, I had this issue with my evga 2080 I couldn't use anything but Precision or the fan profile wouldn't work in games.
Also you can turn off all the monitoring (gpu temp, gpu speed, etc) to minimize the impact the sw has on your system.

For basic fan control, I suggest using the graphics card manufacturer's own utility. OC mode is usually off by default anyhow.
