Video Card(s) Palit HD 2400 pro
Is the card pci-e or AGP?
 
by chance do you have the original install cd that came with the card? you can try that first as it may help with that file? also did you happen to use driver sweeper or something similar before you tried to install card, I heard that for one person driver seweeper deleted a file needed from the registery and gave him your problem as well, just a few thoughts for you

Are you using Xp, at least service pack 2?
Try downloading and reinstalling Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0
Also, re-download the ATi video driver again (could be a bad download ), then try re-installing them.

Yes, of course. But i tryed driver sweeper after some attempts...

Hello, It's very strange: When i lost all hope, I loaded in safe mode, deleted driver with driver sweeper,rebooted, again loaded in safe mode and installed driver from disk without this problem!!!
