Hello,
I have recently tryed to flash bios on my inno3d gtx 1080ti to founders edition card because of lower clocks because it was slightly overheating. The problem is now that I wasn't fully satisfied and I returned the original bios but now I have problems with that graphics card. Before that the card was working flawlesly but with a high temperature. Gpuz was showing 75 celsius on core and 89 on hotspot. But the backplate was extremely hot.
Problems now:
1. before motherboard bios logo I have black screen with underscore for 20seconds
2. after it gets to widows it can install drivers but then the computer become to slow

Before few moths I had bought gigabyte gtx 1080ti gaming oc with same problems. The card was in same condition as this one and I could'n solve the problem. I have tryed to unsolder the bios chip and re-flash it successfuly outside of graphics card. The flash was successful But the problem didn't went away.

Does anyone has the clue what could be the problem?
