I tried resetting my cmos battery by taking it out and I also used a screwdriver on the 2 pins, but when I go to restart my computer I get a screen that says "input not supported".
I tried resetting the cmos battery because I was getting the "input not supported" screen whenever I tried to enter the bios. Now it's just permanently there and my pc wont work at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How are you connecting your keyboard?

If ps/2, try usb, and if usb, try ps/2.

To be clear this is odd but I'm hoping that might stop whatever got tripped. Messages like that generally happen when it thinks the keyboard is not there.

I have a USB keyboard. I tried disconnecting it and reconnecting and I still get the message message. I don't have any ps/2 cables on hand
