hello,
yesterday I finally found a solution for power limit throttling but I'm not sure if I've done something wrong
(it throttled whenever my CPU used more than 15 watts(max CPU TDP)), so this is what I did:
checked the "disable and lock turbo power limits" in FIVR, then the CPU used 40 watts and the temp reached prochot 95 degrees, so went to TPL and changed both turbo long power max and turbo boost short power max to 15 watts. now the maximum power usage is 14.9 watts. I undervolted cpu cache and cpu core by 65 mV and now I have temps below 80 while stress testing and gaming and 48-50 degrees idle without any throttling.
is everything ok? cause I cant afford a new CPU if anything goes wrong with this one.
any help will be appreciated.
screenshots down below
(when I took screenshot from cpu-z my laptop was on power saving mode thats why it shows core speed 700mhz)
