Intel i3 350M running as Quad Core?

All the specs I've read for the laptop CPU say it's a dual core Intel i3 350M. When I ran Core2MaxPerf it showed CPU 0 through CPU 3 (4 cores) so I checked Device manager / PROCESSOR and it shows 4 cores. Any idea what's going on ???

u got 2 physical core but with HT u have x4 threads

ok, that makes sense. I Just came back here now, to update my post with CPU-z info which shows 2 core and not 4. Thanks for the super fast reply
