I have installed the latest Intel Matrix Storage Manager from Intel's website with the HDD running in AHCI mode and I'm running Windows Vista x64.
In device manager, on the drive's properties window, it says "This device does not allow its write cache setting to be modified". I can check the option to enable it, but it won't stick.
Is this normal?
