So whenever I tried to upload a video or download like music or something my Internet crashes. I am connected through wifi, and other times i'm connected with Ethernet which doesn't crash my INTERNET. I like the wifi better though because it's faster I really want to fix this problem someone please help.

Your Wi-Fi is faster than an ethernet connection (either an amazing WiFi adapter, or a terrible Ethernet cable)? I had a similar issue while downloading over cat6 adding steam games to my library, I found that port forwarding For that service helped.

specifics would help others in regards to solving your problem. Router make and model and specific programs that caused the freeze. Also System Spec's in Your Profil, So we know what Your PC is...SYSTEM SPEC'S HERE

There's a lot of factors that contribute to that issue, I know while downloading large files my old ISP would treat it as a bit torrent and throttle my connection, but thats certainly not a freeze.

Wireless connection to router "crashes" or the connection from your router to the internet "crashes?" I'm thinking the former. When this happens, does the ethernet still have access to the internet?

What is your model of router?

Do you have a lot of other wireless networks nearby?

Have you tried different wireless channels in your routers wireless config?

Are you able to review logs on the router?

Does your wireless info on the PC indicate you're disconnected from your wireless network when this issue occurs?

Or does it always show connected?

Have you checked for updated firmware for your router?

Let's start with these. :)

Sounds like a wireless N router with 100 meg Ethernet ports or a bad cable if wireless is faster...
