internet explorer cannot display the web

Can someone tell me why everytime i browse the web this msg. Appear and wont let me surf
The connection is fine coz i can connect using my mobile. But on my loptop is fcked up. Please help.

can you see if it works using google chrome?, it tends to have the most helpful error messages out of the major browsers

I suppose you use wifi. I would try to ping the router within your laptop, also like said, try another browser. See the connection status in the laptop.
