Is it possible to fry a USB keyboard by overclocking?

So I was fooling around in my BIOS last night, and I'm pretty sure I've either fried my keyboard or fried my motherboard. If I get my PC working again, I vow to never overclock again. Anyway, is it possible? If you're a n00b and adjust the wrong thing? Perhaps if you're using Ntune and Windows Vista's incapability of having mouse scroll functionality like XP and you notice that you're changing all sorts of things accidentally by using your mouse scroller? Anyway, I realize my first mistake was using Ntune, but I don't know what I could've adjusted. It seemed like the LEDs on my keyboard were much brighter than normal. Then I restarted my PC to get the settings to take effect, and it still posts and acts normally, but my keyboard no longer lights up, and it's completely unresponsive. I can't press F1 or delete or anything...heheh. My Logitech G7 however still plugs in to every USB port and still lights up and functions properly. The charger too, and it's also powered by USB. Which is why I believe somehow I've managed to kill a $100 keyboard. I haven't gotten a chance to try a different keyboard, as I'm at work right now, but I'm really paranoid about frying something more important than the keyboard. Has anyone here had a similar experience?

have you tryed the keyboard on another putter?

Yep...all 6 ports on my pc work with my G7 but not with my keyboard. I wouldn't think it's the mobo if the mouse works. And I wouldn't think I accidentally turned USB keyboard off in the BIOS as USB Mouse still works.

Edit: I just realized that you meant another computer with "putter." In that case, no. I do not have another computer at home to try it on.
