Is there a way to fix error: "Application Popup" Event ID 56 (Event Viewer)

Most places mention either a chipset driver issue, or a BIOS issue, and few cases had PCIe as a culprit.

No BSODs , no shutdowns.

Also in the Device Manager it seems all drivers are properly installed.

The last error in the event viewer.
It's there on every system startup.

I also did an "sfc /scannow" , no issues.
