The thermal limit of my laptop's gpu is about 82℃, is there any way to change the thermal limit? :(

That's set by the manufacturer.

if you are worried about the temps you could try underVolting it some gpus come with qhack voltage settings

also ambient temp has a lot to with delta temps the hotter the ambient the higher the delta temp

you could also try one of these

If your fans are already at 100%, you've can try an undervolt with software like MSi Afterburner (or similar). If you're then still hitting 82C on the GPU I would recommend replacing the thermal paste. 9 times out of 10 the CPU shares a heatsink with the GPU and should be serviced as well with some new thermal paste. This will bring the overall temps down for both components.

If you Google/YouTube your laptop model there is likely a step-by-step walkthrough somewhere online.

I don't think replacing thermal paste will work as the OP's laptop should be pretty new.
Laptops usually have bad cooling and it's really hard to deal with, usually you can just undervolt it or use a cooling pad to increase airflow

it may work, with i've replaced thermal paste this year and the gpu still get thermal issue although it could work normally longer than before
