is this the right tool for crimping?

The first one will crimp, the 2nd will crimp and strip, i buy mine for about £2.00 each

The first one is for making the proper crimp from the pin to the wire. The second crimper is for crimping wires together with connectors (see here:http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/81chpCrjgHL.jpg), stripping and cutting wire.
 
The third one shows what it is capable of in the picture.

If you are asking these kind of questions i would suggest a new PSU which doesnt need to be modded. PSU mods frighten me.
