Looking to get a ITX board for a htpc build, it's actually going to replace my dads e7300 (will be fs soon)

I like the AMD fusion boards since they have a 6310 and can bit stream.
This is to watch TV and play/stream blu rays. That is it, no gaming, no video editing, no photos etc so please don't try and suggest something more powerful, it's simply not needed.

Motherboard / CPU / VGA Combo, Mini ITX,AMD E-350

That's a list of the AMD fusion boards. I REALLY!!!! like the zotac, but I can't find it anywhere :'(

Requirements are pretty simple.
HD audio - bit streaming
4-8gb of ram
HTPC case (can't be any bigger than an antec fusion v2)
IR (can use a dongle if needed)
PCI-E for tv card
Usb ports - min 2

That's reallly all it needs, I have a hard drive, and I have a blu ray drive (5.25")

So what do y'all suggest I get?

Here's a nice little Antec case, would look sweet inbetween an amp or DVR box:

Antec.com - Product: ISK310-150

edit, and it's about $50 :) Considering some others are over $100.
