Benchmark Scores Enough for me
Sometimes when I move my Logitech M510, the movement is stuttering and jumps from one place to the next. I have the USB dongle in the top of my USB 3.0 ports in my case, so it's closer to the mouse but this intermittent problem still happens. Any help or suggestions?

If it's after a while of not using it it's probably power saving measures.

I've never had problems with Razer wireless peripherals.

Best to plug it in a USB 2.0 port.

If a USB 3.0 connection is generating interference, this can affect the behavior of a wireless keyboard or wireless mouse.
This behavior typically manifests as inconsistent mouse movement and/or inconsistent or sporadic keystroke registration

Maybe check if you have pet hair in your mouse sensor, I was having the exact same issue a few weeks ago and there was a piece of dog fur in the sensor and taking it out fixed it

and try using another usb ports, just to check

Clean the sensor and make sure you are not using a high gloss surface/mirror/glass

Done all these things/suggestions and it's still skipping about. I'm using a mouse mat.

Plugged in there.

Mouse controller might need replacement, check you hdd light while moving around and see if it stays solid, could be getting heavy cpu cycles

I don't have the HDD light plugged in. Do you mean the actual receiver?

Isn't that something from the year 2000 or before?...

Modern systems that don't use sata won't blink that even if it's hooked up yeah.

I've no HDD's, so I didn't even bother with that lead. It's still doing it too. Think it's WiFi interference when the Mrs is playing Xbox. Going to get a Razer Viper 8K wired mouse. No more weirdness and me wanting to chuck the mouse through the wall.
