Spin up time will gradually slow down, but I have rarely ever seen it go out of SMART ok. My two oldest Reds in my server have been going for 5 years. Spin up time, although slower, is still in spec.

In this case it looks normal. I would suggest to use the drives manufactures testing software as it has its own proprietary parameters and a more reliable read out. If worried you could also contact their support center.
Do you now how value do your two reds have, how much seconds? Just for comparasion.
Thanks for answer. This is picture from WD data lifeguard adn HD tune. So in your opinion what would be max normal value in seconds? I will contact WD support, it is probably everything ok, but I am just curious.

Perform a short-test with speedfan if it passes then it should be ok; maybe even try a long-test for added peace of mind.
