I have Keyboard Genius Slimstar 7230, somehow while i was playing game or writing i locked keys, Which keys i have to press to unlock please can someone help?

Its USB keyboard which i using on laptop, its nothing about laptop, i locked her with some keys and no idea how to fix

Help me pls
 
Hi, the keyboard is locked when you press Ctrl+Alt+1, to unlock it you need to press Win+ScrLk
