google says its an gateway oem keyboard and the numbers he said are the model numbers that the readme/drivers cover

even if its oem should still have a driver disc with it (if it needs one, never had to install any multimedia keyboards all functions seem to work first time) and although the drivers might be for xp theyll probably work with vista if you use the "update driver" in device manager and then just navigate to cd.

Get yourself one of these: http://www.apple.com/keyboard/. That's what I've got.

Plug it in. Works out of the box. If you want the fancy media-control buttons, there are drivers for Windows.
