laggy logitech NX80 wireless mouse?

Well heres my problem i have a logitech NX80 wireless mouse and i use it on my HP DV6 when my laptops got high network usage it lags really bad, its unusable it seems to work fine on my pc so im thinking my be some thing wrong with the laptop a lose of usb power any ideas?
 
Check the Frequencies that the network and Wirless Devices operate on and also check to see if Blue Tooth is Enabled, usually it's EMI that affects overall operation of many devices. usually best to use a wired device on a Laptop due to effect of the USB devices being fragile.
