PLS help!

Did you try gaming?...

Did you ever clean out the air vents of your laptop, if not, I'd start with that. (hold the fans while blowing out the dust)

Some throttling while gaming is normal when the GPU gets hotter.

Do you game with your power brick connected to the laptop?
Any dockingstation?
Whats your Laptop model

I play when the laptop is connected to charging, the lenovo ideapad 340 gaming model seems to be gtx 1650 intel core i5 9300h 8gb of RAM

Just stop using furmark, every GPU will throttle wihen running furmark...

Try playing some games instead, it's a gaming laptop right?

games have exactly the same problem...

How much watt does your powerbrick have? by calculating the pictures you might only have 65W.
I also found some pictures of the laptop, it doesnt seem to be a gaming laptop its just a laptop with having a gpu that helps run smoother.
The cooling system isnt well made (no big air intakes).
You proabably bought the wrong laptop for gaming if its really 65w so when the cpu needs more power for whatever reason it has to take it from the GPU thats why it throttles.
Correct me if im wrong here, then we can investigate further.

For how long did you had the laptop and since when you can't play a game anymore?

its gaming laptop 135w powerbrick

Maybe your powerbrick is broken.
Run more tests and check if you can reach over 100w usage (use a wattmeter on wall)

Your laptop doesnt draw enough power.

-> Which means. Your power brick is broken, your baterry is broken or if you have a really bad case, then your gpu or cpu need some bga resoldering because they are soon about to die.
I wish you the best
50W this is normal for this graphic card, everyone has the same value on the tests, but they don't have throttling, but I do, they have the same problem with the power of the graphic card
