Laptop's freezes and errors in Windows Event Log, related to hard disk

My GE 76 Deluxe Edition 12UHS laptop freezes sometimes suddenly, stops responding and the only thing to do is to hold down the power button and force a shutdown and then reboot.
It is impossible to tell when the laptop will freeze again, because it happens at completely random moments.
When I checked Widnows Event Logs, I found there a few repeated errors, eg. ntfs 55 and disk 7.
Could these errors be the cause of these freezes? Are they casued only by corrupted system files etc. or by disk failure?

back up your files soon, even if it isnt disk failure.

It doesn't look like a disk failure based on your CDI screenshot. It does look like your NTFS is corrupted from that error in the event log. Right click your drive, select properties. Go to tools tab and check the drive for file system errors. (the FS in NTFS stands for file system, so to fix errors in the file system, this is the first step you can try). Next is to run CHKDSK in command line. Run CMD or the Windows Terminal with admin, type "chkdsk X:", replace X with your drive letter and let it run til the end. If it finds any file system errors it will try to fix them.

Now if none of the above fixes it or if it still happens, I would say your Windows install just broke and it brought down the file system with it. At this point you have no choice but to reformat your drive and reinstall Windows.

Lastly, even though I said CDI shows your drive doesnt look like it is failing, SMART is not 100% indicative of a drive failure. If you still experience issues after formatting and reinstalling Windows, the drive is likely failing somewhere. RMA the drive or the laptop if its under warranty. If not replace the drive yourself.
