I'm trying to find a solution to the following problem.

I have a brand new Logitech G910 keyboard and the Left Ctrl Key and the left Windows key do not register at all...

I've got the keyboard rgb configured to illuminate in red when I press a key... All the other keyboard keys work fine.

Including the RIGHT ctrl and windows key but not the left ones.

Any suggestions as to how to potentially fix this problem?

Long story short literally your keyboard is toggled into 'game mode' where it locks out stuff like the ctrl and windows keys to prevent accidental activation.

FInd out how to put your keyboard back into normal mode and that should fix the problem - I dont have a logitech gaming keyboard, nor have i had one so youre on your own. Usually its some software you gotta install to get all your macro keys working. So if you aint installed the logitech software - that would be the first place to start.
