I have 2 p106 gpus in my system, i can use one for gaming with no issue but the second one is not seen by the driver. through wine, and photon, games think my single gpu is a 470 gtx. is there a diffrent sli for linux? does changing drivers often via additional drivers tab break sli? i want to sli these cards with something like the gtx 1060 sli hack/no bridge sli as they basically are 1060's without ports. i play single player stuff, so this will not cause issue with bans. where would i start? how can i sli? both p106 cards are P106-100, 6GB, and only diffrence is one is passively cooled, one is fan.

my os is ubuntu 16.04

Never personally heard of anyone doing SLI in Linux let alone Wine.. Sounds cool tho. From what im reading online it sounds like there is some tweaking that needs to happen within a conf file? Just a couple of links i found:

EDIT: You mention these dont have SLI bridge capability? From what im seeing from online pics of that card you could be limited to one card at a time without the SLI bridge unfortunatley.

i saw this on windows, but asside from "it outperforms a 1080 yay" info no info actually how besides you need diffrent sli auto for it.and since wine thinks its a 470, if im sli-ing on the linux it may just work like a normal sli on wine games. hopefully. and im on drivers 418/430 from this ppa https://launchpad.net/~graphics-drivers/+archive/ubuntu/ppa

in my expirence .run versions break my system, or do not run so ppa is good enough.
