I spilled some drink on the keyboard and few keys started getting sticky so i took it off and cleaned those keys. but now the left shift + i doesn't work anymore. i'm having so much trouble typing the capital i. right shift + i does work, but i am not used to using that combination.
i took it apart again, and tried just hitting the "rubber" and then it worked. but i couldn't get the "keys" to work after assembling. i left it like that and few keys i missed that day started getting sticky again so i disassembled it and cleaned those keys. but left shift + i still doesn't work. i checked it the rubber works. (means, the keys don't push the rubber enough) pressing the rubber doesn't work either. left shift with all the other keys work. simple i works. just the left shift + i doesn't work.
one more thing; when i press them together, it doesn't print anything. not even a simple i instead of I. looks as if the signal goes to the processor, but cannot identify what they are?
what can i do to fix this? (it is not a corrupted driver either. i reinstalled windows couple of days ago and installed the same driver that used to work well before this problem)
