Needs to have:
space for 8 3"5 inch HDD's or more with some easy mechanism
1 or more usb 3 on front panel, preferably 2
psu shroud with a cut through to see psu name and label
case window of some kind, don't care much
cable management (holes for cables)
must be able to fit atx mobo, preferably eatx
cut out behind cpu place for cooler installation
place between back side and panel large enough to fit cables and close the panel without issues
place for two DVD drives
preferably mesh front, but isn't an issue
monolith design, as clean cut as possible, no weird or "gaming" shapes
dust filter below psu

optional:
psu positioned up
screws that don't fall off would be nice
nice finishing with bent metal so I don't cut myself
a fan or two would be nice

must cost:
around 50 eur, preferably lower

basically, im looking for a cheap version of new fractal design R6
If I find it, I'll buy it and gift the current one to my neighbour

I was just about to suggest the Define R6 until I saw this. Good luck finding a cheaper alternative, if it existed I doubt Fractal would be selling the R6 for $150.
