Hola! New to PC and dumb so could be a pointless post.

Setup:
RYZEN 7 7800x3d
thermalight frozen vision 360 ARGB v2 AIO
Asus Tuf x670E-PLUS Wifi
Corsair Vengeance 6000 32gb (16x2)
PowerColor Hellhound Rx7900XT
1TB Crucial NVME
Redragon w/argb 850W 80+gold
165hz 1080p acer

I First ran benchmark on CPU Z and got scores of around 600 and 6200. I ran Cinebench and get 1008 pts. I tinkered and have since reset it default. Now the only thing Im doing is windows performance settings, AMD software tinkering like FPS max at 165, quality over performance etc. Also have the Ryzen master that I set to PBO and thats it. But the low bench on CPUID was before I did anything. I have seen those scores should be closer to 17000? I am unable to find "EXPO" anything in the bios. I only play Warzone and am running smoothly right now but if it can do better that would be cool. First time using pc for gaming so im not sure what it should look like but with all of the in game graphics turned to high it looks great. I was just suprised my 1080 is able to keep up as I was told there would be alot of screen tearing which I dont think ive experienced. TIA

CPU-Z does seem low, my tuned 5700x scores higher in ST and MT which it shouldn't be, not sure where you get 17000 from though that is way too high, first thing first you should reset your bios to defaults and re-run both benches, use CPU-Z to see what your standard RAM clocks and timings are, don't use Ryzen Master, better to dial things straight into the BIOS and not using RM. Did you install Ryzen chipset drivers direct from AMD as well as all motherboard drivers etc? Running Windows 11 I assume? EXPO may also be listed under XMP or direct from AMD community:

  1. If making changes manually is not something you're comfortable with, you can use the AMD Extended Profiles for Overclocking (EXPO) or Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) to overclock your memory, which should be already installed in your motherboard’s chipset. Depending on your motherboard chipset and the memory kit you’ve purchased, you may see other names such as Direct Overclocking Profile (DOCP) on ASUS motherboards, A-Extreme Memory Profile (A-XMP) on MSI Motherboards, and Gigabyte’s motherboard with Extended OverClock Profile (EOCP).

Just saw those numbers in random forums on the 7800x3d of what people were getting and then undervolting reaching 18000 etc. Right now my bios is default. I will try look again and see how its listed, DOCP could be it as I didnt see XMP either. The drivers and everyhting else were already on the build when I got it. I did have to reinstall windows after I reset the bios because I wasnt able to get internet connection for some reason. And Im assuming all the drivers that were there previously, reinstalled with windows since I didnt do any driver specific reinstalls and warzone is running great. Im basically at default right now aside from the amd software tunes. It is Windows 11.
