Low TimeSpy Score with 4090 High End System

Hello everyone!

I'm facing an issue with my Gigabyte 4090 Aorus Master GPU. I usually achieved a 3DMark Timespy GPU-score of around 35,000.

However, due to stability problems in my PC build, I had to have my motherboard, CPU, RAM, and SSD exchanged by my PC vendor for new copies of the exact same components. The only component I retained from my old setup was the GPU – the Gigabyte 4090.

After this exchange of components and a fresh installation of Windows 11, my 3DMark Timespy GPU score has dropped to only 29,000-30,000 points. The most puzzling aspect is that I need to disable "Memory Integrity" to achieve a GPU score of 35,874, even though I didn't have to do this in my previous build with the exact same components.

Specs:
  • CPU: AMD 7950X
  • Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair X670E Hero
  • GPU: Gigabyte 4090 Aorus Master
  • RAM: GSkill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 CL30-40-40-96 1.40V 64GB (2x32GB) AMD EXPO (F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5NR)
  • Storage: Samsung 990 Pro 4TB
  • Power Supply: BeQuiet Straight Power 12, ATX 3.0, 1200W
  • Cooler: LianLi Galahad Trinity 360 Performance II
  • Case: LianLi Lancool III
  • Operating System: Windows 11 Pro, 22H2, Build 22621.2506

I'm seeking your expertise and advice on why my GPU score has decreased in the new setup and why disabling "Memory Integrity" seems to be a workaround. Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

What's your CPU score, not combined?

Also is timespy the only one you have access to on 3dmark?

Here is the test with "Memory Integrity" enabled:

And here with "Memory Integrity" disabled:

PS: Which other tests do you have in mind? Is there also anything 3D mark unrelated that I could test?
