Hello people,

I have an issue regarding my second M.2 storage (the 1TB one). It seems that my Windows can't find the storage, while it is (somehow) shown in Bios. I already updated my Bios and cleared my CMOS.
I have the feeling that it's somehow connected to PCIe/SATA and the GPU but can't find a proper solution, so that i see the second M.2 (bottom mount, while the 500gb m.2 is on the top position) in my Explorer.
I read that i can simply set the 1tb to PCIe in Bios, but man i can't find the feature (i can only chose GEN1/2/3). PLus I read that there might be some Perfomance issues with the GPU. I googled alot but can't figure it out. Can someone please help me :)

Rig:
Asus Rog Strix B550-i
Ryzen 5 3600
Nvidia Geforce RTX 3600 fi Founders Edition
G.Skill Aegis 16GB (2x8) DDR4-3200 CL16
Corsair SF450 Gold
1000GB Curcial P1 NVMe M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0x4
500GB Crucial MX500 M.2 2280 SATA

Sorry I'm not a native, but i hope that you guys understand my problem...

Wish u all the best + stay healty!

I dunno about that motherboard, but on the 4th, things went smoothly for my MSI B450 Tomahawk in pure-UEFI mode, after I installed my Samsung 970 Pro 512 GB NVMe SSD, which was a major upgrade.
Looks like no more Crucial MX500 for me! (my MX500 doesn't have an M.2 2280 connection, mine has SATA connectors)

Hello people,

Are you saying it's not showing up in Windows Explorer, or in Disk Management?

As pointed out above, open Disk Management in Windows and it should show up there, as it wouldn't be partitioned, nor formatted at this point, so the OS can't see it.
Create a partition and format it and it should show up.

Hey guys,
hahaha oh my god. Sometimes one really has a knot in his head. As Lost Swede said, it showed up in the disk management and i format it. After 3 days of struggle and countless restarts to get into bios, this is the solution!
Have a nice weekend and thanks!
