macOS unhide folder and content terminal

macOS 12.7.2
have music folder from old iPod, it's hidden folder and I want to make it standard visible on external drive - but it just does not work:

$ chflags -R nohidden /Volumes/stuff/music

only the folder itself is not hidden, there are many subfolders that do not react. WHAT THE...

help?

A little late, but did you try the combo; Command + Shift + . (the period key) ?
