Your RX580 2048SP isn't running at the correct clocks. Normally it should have a GPU clock of 1284MHz and memory clock of 1750MHz.

Can you make a picture of the whole backside of the card?

Please go back into gpu-z under the advanced tab and switch it to AMD Bios and get a screenshot from there please

This bios seems to be a beter match:

Please make a backup of the bios with GPU-Z before flashing the new bios.
Below you find the mini flash guide of eidairaman1. Only use amdvbflash 2.93 and not newer!

For RX 500 Series (Polaris) and Older:

Get amdvbflash 2.93

https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ati-atiflash/

Then look for Version 4.68, underneath 4.68 you will see a link to show older version, click that and you should see version 2.93

Here is a fix to make 2.93 work in Windows 10 and 11, Get the zip for version 5.0.567, extract it, then find the AMDVBDriverInstaller, execute the file and follow prompts, then restart the computer, that should help with bypassing Win8 Security feature prompt, if you get that prompt hit ok. Once done flashing run the file again to uninstall it for safety reasons

Follow these steps carefully:

1. Open your "C:" drive in Windows, create a new folder, call it atiflash.

2. Extract the contents of atiflash_293.zip to the "C:\atiflash" folder

3. Find the bios file you downloaded and rename the bios file to 5 digits with .rom on end Example RX 580, change file to rx580.rom (r****.rom)

4. Move r****.rom to the "C:\atiflash" folder

5. Open the start menu, type cmd, when cmd.exe appears right click it and hit "Run as administrator"

6. At the command prompt type in cd\ and press enter until only C:\> is on the screen.

7. Type in cd/atiflash and press enter, you should see C:\atiflash>

8. Type in amdvbflash.exe -i to identify the gpu you want to flash with a 0, 1, or 2)

9. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -unlockrom 0
(there is a space between the e and -unlockrom and 0)(0 is the number zero)
press enter and you will be prompted that the "ROM Unlocked" (or 1, 2)

10. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -f -p 0 r****.rom
(there is a space between the .exe and -f, and a space between -f and -p and 0).
(Or 1, 2)

Press Enter

Follow directions on screen and if flash is successful exit the command prompt and restart, windows should show up on screen.

These should be the specifications of the graphics card
purchased from Amazon

The board part number D00033, the ram micron hf, and the 215- Part number on the GPU die metal frame are what determines your particular card, 1002 6FDF 1002 0B31 is a chinese market Only AMD 570 rebadged as a 580 2048SP. I don't care about the ad on amazon.

Gaming cards are anywhere between 1244-1286 on gpu die and 1750 on the ram.

Compute/mining are 1206/1500.

Seems like 1206/1500 mhz is correct then according to the amazon link. Maxsun is legit/chinese brand, the card is just a gimped 570 in disguise.

This is gunna be kinda outta left field a bit but... if the game you're trying to run needs AVX2 instructions sets... the amd a8/10 series didn't have them neither did FX cpu's... Intel 4th gen Haswell and AMD's first gen Ryzen have AVX2 (noticed this discrepancy because u listed the system requirements). Years ago u could run pretty much any game on a lower cpu and it'd just be worse performance, but these days u need things like sse4.1/4.2/AVX2 to even get modern games or emulators to run/not crash randomly.

If u have a friend/ family member etc with a newer system just to test the GPU, i'd give that a try. Could always reflash the bios ofc like you're trying to do but thats kind of worst case scenario and it might not fix a thing.

1206/1500, 1206 is going back to the RX470/480 days, 1500 is a reflag for gamers, typically the clocks are lowered but the timings are pushed extremely too hard, aka mining.
A typical RX 570 runs between 1244-1286 core and 1750 on the Ram, same for the 2048 SP 580.

If anything I would be replacing thermal paste and pads with good pads from Honeywell PTM 9750, Thermalright Helios/V2, or ThermalGrizzly Kryosheet. Or return the card because even on amazon there are scammers.

Yea PTM 7950 has been a blessing for my systems. The 5700 XT was hitting hotspots max temps due to pump out or whatever and its been fine since i swapped to the pads. Probably gonna put it on my PS3 super slim eventually as well. Good stuff!

So yesterday I flashed the BIOS of the graphics card, until after restarting the PC everything worked fine. Now I have the problem that I no longer receive a signal via HDMI to my Smart TV

Natürlich habe ich das alte BIOS mit GPU-Z gesichert

update, was able to flash the old one back with an error!

Please share the error message

Unfortunately I didn't make a note of it. Is the error message from AMDVBFlash automatically written to a file? If so, where can I find it?

No, it doesnt log into a file. Rerun the command and share the output.

So I've flashed it twice now, this time without any error message!

Hello, I have a problem. I may have written the wrong BIOS to my graphics card and unfortunately I accidentally deleted the original BIOS! What can I do now?

Likely one of these was earlier flashed on your card (Config file 400a.bin & 1206MHz /1500MHz):
