I have 24gb of memory, and since the 8.1 release I have only been seeing 16Gb instead.

I check the CPU-Z app and it detects 24GBs instead unlike the system page.

What should I do?

Hi

Is 24Gb detected at POST?

Try; open control panel/administrative tools/system configuration/select: boot tab/select: Advanced options/Select: Maximum memory [*enter memory 24576 = 24Gb x 3 8Gb sticks of RAM @ 1024 per Gb]

Try reworking the memory over clock/dose setting the memory to default in bios show 24Gb

atb (all the best)
