Memtest v4.3.7: low bandwidth reported for DDR4?

My DDR4 is running at 3692Mhz., but even at 3200Mhz. and a single channel of memory the theoretical bandwidth should be 8 bytes*3.2 Ghz. = 25.6 GiB/s right? Memtest reports 9853 MiB/s!

But even if the DDR4 memory is running at 1600 Mhz. that's still 8 bytes * 1.6 Ghz. = 12.8 GiB/s for a single channel, for dual channel it would 25 GiB/s!

It could just be the dataset the test is using. Maybe try something like TM5. I like the Anta777Extreme and Absolut profiles.
