Memtest64 always locks up windows

So if i run stock speeds (ddr 3600) or overclock i get no errors while the test runs.. and whats odd is the test runs.. but if i stop it or click something in windows.. windows 11 locks up.. and says the process needs turned off lol . Then i gatta manually reboot.

So i cabt really use this program to check for errors.. i have to use (just regular) memtest and habe like 8 instances of it open to use all 32 gn of memory.

I run this with cinebench multicore and i have no errors. So why does memtest64 lock the system up ?
