Hey everyone,

My wife is trying to learn Excel, Powerpoint, etc; she's been trying to use the tutorials on Microsoft's website but when she clicks on the "practice in excel" button (located at the bottom) it doesn't want to download/work. She's using a trial version of the program that came with her new laptop. It basically says the file isn't located on our computer (in our documents folder). When you click the link it should download to your PC and automatically open.

What would cause this?

The site uses an ActiveX plug-in, so you might have to do it in IE for it to work.

Yeah, we've been using IE. When I click on "Practice in Excel" it boots up Excel but then says the file is missing from our documents folder. So it's not even downloading it to our computer. It's strange.
