So I was playing games on my pc yesterday and it
crashed like 2 times, and today I started playing again
and it crashed like 2 times again but it had some weird
looking artifacts on my screen with an AMD Radeon error message. I restarted my pc and now it's not even booting in windows because the screen is full of artifacts. I uninstalled drivers with ddu in safemode and after that the card worked, but as soon as i tried installing the drivers again, the screen went black and after restarting the same artifacts appear. PLS help me I don't know what to do.

Hello.
In my experience when that artifacts appear, that means one of the memory chips is fried.
When you DDU the drivers, Windows instal generic driver which doesn't use the whole capacity of memory and GPU.
Once you reinstall the AMD driver, the card is fully loaded which lead to this artifacts.
I suggest to take the card to another computer and ask some friend to let you install it in his comp.
If it generates again those artifacts we have an answer.

Thank you Very much for your response! I have another computer and I will test the GPU in this system. If it's the case of the fried chip what can I do about it? Can I bring it to a repair shop or is it not worth? Do you think I can send it back to china?

Hello again.
Well in my own experience, when it comes to china products and sellers, not all products are rubbish and sellers are scammers.
On the contrary.
BUT...and here comes the but... If you purchased from a verified seller (experienced) with many transactions that took place in last 2 years, then we can assume that the seller is ok.
In this case you should contact him about the problem and request full refund.
If he don't answer in a few days, the platform (Ebay or Aly) will step in and they will solve the problem in your favor.
So yeah, i would took @Assimilator advice and i will consider the card dead.
