Looking for a link or direction to a basic Mobo removal AND installation guide.

Would like it to include pre removal /installation check list and materials/tool list.

Will be also interested in an aftermarket power supply unit swap guide.

Ya he does a really good job of explaining everything, but unless I read wrong, I didn't see anything about staying grounded. I tryed adding a new PSU one time to this system, and well lets just say I didn't know much about grounding and I fried the motherboard. He should say the best places to build computers and where is best to be safe.
 
Great, that'll do just fine.

How does a non @Plug In Removable Hard Drive" work? Does that mean it's permanently attached to the case? Or that the plug is stuck to the mobo...
