I'm trying to mod a 5870 bios to always stick with 900/1200 instead of 850/1200 so I can keep the 2d clocks 157/300 without messing with the overdrive but I found this bios is different than other bioses, as the higher clock is only set on "Boot", while other bioses always have the Boot set on 850/1200 no matter the OC used..

I already changed this value "the 1st column" to 900/1200 and flashed fine but just want to confirm that with someone with more knowledge if it is safe to keep it like that.
