I have 100hz lenovo monitor, its shitty but it worked fine since last couple of days.
Problem is when i push frames to 100+ csgo feels really bad and i have a lots of input lag, also my mouse sens feels like its on ice.
When i cap fps to 99 game feels a lot smoother and i dont have input lag,idk why this is a thing when i played on 250+fps and everything was fine
I tried so many settings in game and in amd software i dont know what to do,any help would be good thanks

From your description, I think the problem you are having is VSync. Turn it off in the game or in the VGA drivers.

set frame rate back to normal enable anti lag and radeon enhanced sync and vrr see what it does try with first 2 then vrr then maybe vrr disabled

i tried..it lags even more, radeon sync makes my sens feels slower but input lag is crazy

I didnt mentioned i am on hdmi, can hdmi cause problems like this?

Check settings in the monitor's OSD. It sounds like the display is trying to do some kind of post-processing and is getting overwhelmed at 100fps.
If you're using a Variable Refresh Rate display, it could be caused by exceeding the Displays VRR range (usually 40ish fps to the screen's max refresh rate)

Could also be a bad cable, that's not actually capable of whatever bitrate the display and GPU have negotiated. Though, I've never seen precisely this symptom come up.
