Monitor Not Being displayed Properly

Yet another issue i'm having. For some reason windows isn't detecting my 4K display properly and is forcing the resolution to stay at 4096x2160 no matter what i select. When i check device manager the display is showing as MStar Demo but stats nothing else. Oddly its 4096x2160 @60Hz which makes no sense as to my knowledge my display only supports 4096x2160 @24Hz yet it shows 60Hz. I did a clean driver install but ot had no effect resolution is still at 4096x2160. Is this a problem with Widows 10 ?

Id reinstall a totally fresh os at this rate.

Man i got it now. had to enable GPU scaling in AMD Center. Now it's displaying properly
