Monitor Panel Types

Which panel type would be the best for movies(sometimes have to watch with several people)
Needs to have native resolution of 1920/1080, will also be used for games/general purpose but will probably not be used for professional usage(photography). I've been lurking for awhile and couldn't find it so I registered!

IPS panels in general are hood, E-IPS being the best i think

dont forget to get those things that calibrate your monitor for you!

colorimeters are expensive! I will look into the IPS for now. Anyone else, feel free to add input!

It's not much more to say actually. IPS are better, but cost more. TN panels are not bad as such, they're just not as good as IPS, but cheaper.
