More tweaks like in ATT?

Didn't find anything with search.

I'd like to see these tweaks in ATITool: Mipmap Detail Level, V-Sync, Z-Buffer depth, Triple Buffering and VPU Recover (not a tweak tho), it would fulfill all my dreams.

Is this possible?
