So guys, here chronological how its happened

1. I was playing Dota 2 and MoH noticed low FPS and GPU usage
I noticed CPU always hit 100% usage on task manager
2. Fired up HWMonitor I found out that CPU got 79C on idle and 89C when playing youtube, 97C
running Dota 2 and any other games.
3. It was CPU overheat and throttling, I decided to shut it off and remove the cooler
(stock cooler) and CPU too for cleaning.
4. The problem start occurred when I plugged back all CPU and fans to mainboard, when I press power on
chassis, all fans was spinning as usual but no boots, so I tried to remove/reinstall CPU+fan for several times
, still no booting.
5. I removed all components, except GPU for DVI connection to my monitor still no beep sound and no
display on monitor
6. I took another step by removing CMOS battery and resetting jumper, and I also remove front panel cable
I tried it like 4-5 times and worst happened, now that the motherboard wont turn on at all !, no fan spinning, no HDD spinning, no nothing.

My PC is listed on spec, and im using PSU Corsair VS450 W, and I confirmed its still working by powering on older motherboard.

Did you take the CPU out of it's socket? Check for bent pins in the socket and possible bulging or burnt caps around the socket.
Does it smell burnt at all?

ya, I took it out from socket because I wanted to clean it from thermal paste residue
and no, I didnt smell any burnt, are pins bent affect booting problem?
because I removed CPU still no booting, no display

Do you have another cpu to test with? Install with the heatsink and make sure your grounded first.

I do, but the mainboard wont even turned out at all :(
so I afraid the replacing CPU wont found the culprit

I had a similar issue recently. I went through a lot of the steps you did.

I tested 3 PSUs on my motherboard and I couldn't get any power through her. I know the PSUs worked, because they would all power my spare PC. For some reasons beyond what I can explain, the MB died - shorted out somehow?

I picked up a replacement MB from my local Micro Center and it was DOA. Thankfully it's a fairly quick drive to Micro Center for me and a second MB that I picked up did the trick.

Out of all the steps you tried and if the MB won't power, issue is most likely the MB. One last step I would suggest would be to remove the MB from the tower, place her on a box. Plug the 24pin power cable in, power on the PSU and then turn the MB on (might be an on board power button or you'll need a screw driver - if you don't know how to do this, look her up on google. If you still get no power through the MB....well, you're in the same boat I was a few weeks back.

I need remove it from tower, and put it on cardbox
then I need to PLUG cable power?
it wont catch any spark?
how about front panel cable?

did you connect the 4/8 pin CPU power cable near the CPU socket back in after removing the heatsink? Common mistake to forget that one, and it causes no boot situations like you've experienced.

Yes I plugged it, in fact I plug/unplugged in several times during no boots phase, before totally dieded

Upgrade time!!!
Time to move into the new Millennium DDR3 is dirt cheap!

Are you a fire man too?

thats why I scouted good deal of second hand Gigabyte H67+i5 2500 for around 150ish on my country
tonight Im gonna try whatever last resort on my current motherboard, if its officially dead
then I move on to mentioned mainboard :)

and I am sorry dont get it at 'fire man' part :)

good upgrade for those parts. If you can get a P or Z series board, you can very easily overclock that CPU to 3.9GHz on stock cooling (i've owned a few 2500's, its tricking the system into running turbo mode on all cores)

I know right, but I am not fancy of overclocking
as long as I got 100% utilization of my GPU during gaming, its okay with me ;)

remove the battery over night and put the jumper in place to Clear Cmos, give it 24 hours.

Is it possible you put the cpu in the wrong way? (Not likely but I had to ask) With the little golden triangle in it's right position.
Or that some cable got damaged and does not have a proper contact.

I tried it already that steps both before totally died (well, not 24 hours but I removed it and leave it be for 30ish minutes)
now that the PSU fan even wont spinning like it did on older board

nope, my CPU matched its orientation on socket so there is no way I put it wrong way
what cable are you referring?

Well it can be any cable. Once I was not able to turn on my pc because one of my psu cables was damaged and sometimes it would work and sometimes it would not. Do you have a spare psu?

but, it could powering on my other mainboard,so psu was definitely fine here

sadly I dont have any other psu :(

[UPDATE]

so I have changed my mainboard to i5-2500 + GIGABYTE GA-H67MA-USB3-B3
new problem occured, the windows wont boot

it always stuck at 'forming windows logo' and restart
and screen bring me to Startup Repair
is this normal? or there is something else should i worry about?

I cant select startup normally, if I do i got restart

if you changed motherboards, you need to reinstall windows.

its mean i need to repurchase new key?

okay i got it

but next weird thing happened

My mouse unusable during windows booting via flash drive
this never happened on older board

am I missing something here?

but my USB has power, I checked it by charging my phone

try another USB board, or check the BIOS settings. try another mouse too if you have one.

rly wierd, my usb port have two colors
blue and red
my mouse working on red one but not blue?
srsly?
