okey i'm looking for a cheap motherboard to combine with a locked 4gen i5 cpu...
here is the question.. what's gonna happen if i combine the cpu with a H81, P81, B85 or H97 board?
should i update the bios then? is that unacceptable? will i get any futurism problem?
i got an i5+gtx970 and i need cheap simple mobo to get the job done that's all
should i buy a z97 mobo for those CPUs?

what processor? z97 is ok but it dont match your locked cpu but it also gives you option to upgrade to 4790k in the future. for cheapest, h87 or b85. check motherboard site cpu compatability

Gigabyte GA-P81-D3 "H81 Chipset" is it really support all haswell CPUs
- it's i5-4430

What market are you in? If USA, there are lots of deals on socket 1150 motherboards.

If it's socket 1150, it supports. Quit arguing if you're trying to get help.
