Good morning all. I was just pondering motherboards and I think I have a great general knowledge of them. I can recognize different socket types, slot types, north bridge, south bridge, memory controller, BIOS chips and general things like that. However, I want to start learning what all the smaller chips are so does anyone have a good link that has detailed info on motherboards? I really want to learn more about hardware than I ever have and this would help. I appreciate it.

Thanks, but I'd rather not have to lug a book around with me. I was just hoping there would be a website that might offer a nice layout with good descriptions...
