Motherboard led on but won’t turn on with power switch or screwdriver jumping it

I have a i3-9100f with a asus rog strix b250h motherboard and a echa 600w power supply i was trying to see if my pc would at least turn on while waiting for my graphics card and I plugged in the power supply turned it on and the red leds on my motherboard turned on as well as the sb_pwr light is shining orange and I plugged in my case plugs to the right pins for power and power less and it would not turn on I even tried jumping it with a screwdriver can someone please help me

Your Motherboard does NOT support that CPU.
It only supports 7th Gen.
Time to upgrade the Motherboard.

Do you know any motherboards compatible with my processor that are affordable I got the current one on sale for 75 dollars and checked other websites for compatible cpu instead of asus
