Moving Virtual machine giving error.

Hi Guys,

1.On my Laptop on Vmware Workstation I Installed Windows Servers 2012 .
2. Now when I power off the Windows Servers 2012 vm on laptop and move that entire vm to my desktop
and try to open it. I get this error:-

Note: I had created three snapshot,
one on 12th Feb
second on 27th Nov
third o 3rd Dec

Please advise
