So, I'm in an Excel spreadsheet yesterday. When I used the arrow keys, it moved the focus from cell to cell (up, down left, right).
This afternoon, I'm in the same spreadsheet (and any others). When I use my arrow keys, it scrolls the entire spreadsheet (like I'm moving the left right scroll bar, or up down scroll bar). The cell focus does not change.
No idea if/where there is an option to change it back to the way it was.
