The card does not initialize,Dr debug gives error (b2) and when I boot the pc using the iGPU, this is what GPUz gives me

I thought it's a bios chip related issue, so I flashed it using CH341A programmer but nothing have changed.
What do you guys think?

Try using it on different PC.
If it still does it - try to use Nvidia's MODS (MATS) diagnostic tool and check for bad VRAM and or GPU.
Alternative is to check card visually for any knocked off parts (shouldn't happen since it was just sitting inside PC, but you never know).

PS. What platform is this on ?

If you want the card alive it might need a specific repair from a company like northridgefix

Hello and sorry for the late reply.
This card was actually in a different PC, it's not my card
As far I can tell no knocked off or missing parts

Thank you but northridgefix is a bit far away.
May I ask what's with the Ha Ha emoji ?!
