MSI Afterburner and Riva Tuner CPU Usage on 30% and more

Hi guys
when im open the afterburner and open a game its look fine after i exit the game in task manager the cpu usage on 30 percent randomly on afterburner or riva after close the afterburner this usage next to svchost.exe or another programs like this in background its a annoying problem

Go to settings > monitoring > increase hardware polling period to 2000ms.

If it doesn't help, uninstall (and remove profiles), and install the latest version.

Close it, delete all files in C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\Profiles and run it.

Of it doesn't work, try a previous version from this link.

I've thinking this problem is coming from windows
Becasue tested every versions of afterburner tnx for link
It's corrupt my IDM too its has the 30 percents of CPU usage while I'm close the afterburner
I'm getting tired of this

I'm surly know this the problem is coming from msi afterburner not RTSS im disable it but didn't fix that the afterburner single on 30 percent
In games no problem but when I'm close it CPU usage going to 30 percent for nothing I'm getting crazy
