MSI Ez debug Led Boot Light always on, wont post

2nd motherboard from Newegg won't post/any video on the monitor. I have tried Clearing the Cmos, updating the bios with a USB and flash button, removing RAM and going 1 stick at a time in the different slots, and changing out parts (see below) The CPU and RAM EZ debug lights come on when you power the system then go out after 5 seconds, then the green led pops on after 15 secs and nothing will show up on the monitor. I have tried multiple monitors and HDMI cables, I have also made sure to plug the HDMI into the GPU, not the motherboard. I feel like the chances of getting 2 motherboards that won't post are slim to none, but I am at a loss.

Did you wait long enough? I remember reading that AM5 can take several minutes on first boot to finish POST. Other than that, AM5 CPUs do come with iGPUs so you could try removing the GPU and plugging the HDMI into the motherboard if you haven't done that yet.
